Hannah is one the most passionate, positive and bright people you will meet. Her approach is comprehensive and very integrated. Her mission is to reach and help as many people as possible reach their health and wellness goals.
She truly believes the physical body is only one element in the picture of overall health. This is the foundation for HMFT’s mind/body/spirit approach to fitness, healing and better health.
Personal Training and Massage Therapy allow her to also transform the external body. But there’s much more to achieving better overall health.
Good nutrition is a key building block to healing, health and fitness. And nutrition is one of Hannah’s passions. She has much experiential knowledge, having grown up on an organic farm.

Hannah is proud to come from a large family on an organic farm. Besides her fitness and healing work, one of her passions is traveling. Everest basecamp, trekking expeditions and retreats are how she vacations!

Nick Babin has always been guided by “the principle of balance”—not just in the world of physical fitness, but in all aspects of intellectual and emotional self-care. So, Nick combines aspects of his qualifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher, then individually customizes the approaches he recommends for each of his client. It’s a very special experience.

A graduate of Fitchburg State University with a Bachelors Degree in Clinical Exercise and Sports Science, Cassie has experience working with student athletes ranging from college to high school and even middle school ages. Cassie also works in a local gym as a personal trainer where she has trained adults and seniors.
Having worked with a wide variety of clients Cassie believes it is extremely important to have a healthy relationship with fitness no matter the age.
Not only will exercise make her clients feel physically fit but Cassie hopes to help them feel mentally fit as well. “Once the client realizes how much they are capable of there is so much more they can achieve for themselves. Everyone has to start somewhere and I love helping people find that starting point to continually improve on”.

Rose recently graduated from Syracuse University where she majored in Health and Exercise Science and minored in Nutrition. In college, Rose became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has experience working in many different gym settings. Through these experiences, it became clear that her passion is working with Adult Beginners.
Rose enjoys teaching functional movements that enable people to live a better life everyday. She is passionate, caring, and enthusiastic!
In her free time, Rose loves spending her free time pursuing her own fitness goals, hiking with her dogs, and spending time with her family.

Lisa has been a part of our Hannah May Fitness Training family for a couple of years now and teaches yoga on Saturday mornings.
She began her yogic journey over 15 years ago by taking a basic introductory course where she soon learned the deep benefits that come with stretching, breathing, and meditating. Lisa deepened her practice by becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor through the well-respected Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA.
Lisa is passionate about teaching yoga to people of all ages and fitness levels. What we feel makes her so popular is that she truly believes that yoga is accessible for everyone—and approaches the practice with a gentle authority.
When not on her mat practicing, Lisa can be found teaching K-6 Visual Arts in Quabbin Elementary schools, hiking or skiing in the woods, biking the back roads—or gleefully torturing herself on a spin cycle!

Janice’s journey to the HMFT team has been a bit different than the rest of our team’s. After battling cancer, Janice became part of the HMFT family in the winter of 2014, as a client. Janice’s goal was to not be sick anymore, regain full health and get her life back! Over the next two years, Janice took advantage of just about every service HMFT offers from personal training, the 3-month nutrition program, nutritional/muscle testing and hydrotherapy.
The results were amazing. As part of her recovery, Janice and her oncologist realized that her career and lifestyle would also need to change for her long-term health. This resulted in the sale of her Fee-Only Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm in 2015. She continues to be an active part of the HMFT family as a client, and now also as a valuable staff member.
With Master’s Degrees in Engineering and Business, Janice’s background is not the first thing you would think of for a member of the HMFT team. However, these skills are instrumental in the ongoing process of upgrading HMFT systems and programs. This has allowed Hannah and the rest of the team to focus on the client rather than the plethora of back office tasks that every business needs to do. She has enjoyed her work so much that she is currently in process of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on the Above-50 Crowd.
In her free time, Janice enjoys spending time with her grandkids, biking and wintering in Florida.
