Bootcamp is hard work, but lots of fun! The class is a group fitness class that utilizes all-out effort in quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.
This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time! It’s a great way to improve your metabolism and train your cardiovascular system! You will leave feeling sweaty and accomplished! Note: the class CAN be modified for any level. Just ask us.
We utilize lots of different equipment including our free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, indoor track, barbells, dynamax balls and body weight!
When: Saturday 9:30-10:30am

Cardio Kickboxing is a cool Circuit Training-based Class that utilizes kick-boxing bags and moves! No experience is required. Our instructor breaks down the movements and makes sure everyone is executing the movements safely, while having fun!
Body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and dumbbells are some of the equipment we utilize for the class. We hold the class on an indoor basketball court—so we have plenty of room to move!
This class is a great cardio workout, a great burn and tons of fun! Its different every week. Come check it out!

Kids “Fit 4 Fun” Classes are offered occasionally throughout the year, when there is enough demand. Get a group of kids 5-10 years old together, and we can make a small class that will be a guaranteed blast for them!
“Fit 4 Fun” is an aerobic-style class that implements motivating, kid-specific activities Through professional exercise guidance, the kids will learn how to move more effectively, enjoy exercise and experience exercise in a social setting. We combine Personal Training, Sports, Fitness Games, obstacle courses, and team bonding activities all into one workout. Agility, Speed, Strength, Cardio-respiratory fitness and form are all addressed. We also utilize “Brain Gym”, which is a form of creative movement, and has been proven by studies to improve brain development.
